POLICY CHANGES MADE AT THE JANUARY 14 BOARD MEETING The policy regarding dues paid after September 1 covering the following year was rescinded. Dues are good for the year in which they are paid, period. By strict definition a LISTED event is for informational purposes only and is not an MCWRA affiliated event. In order to periodically provide insurance coverage to a member or group who are conducting a community activity, for instance, doing a reenacting program for the Boy Scouts, it was voted on by the members “In unique situations in which members must have insurance coverage to conduct a reenacting related community activity, the President and 2 board members may waive the requirement of payment of the fee for insurance.” This page is designed to inform you of any updates or information you might find helpful.
